48 Timer Festival this April - a Weekend of Fun!
26-28th April 2019
48 Timer is the local party that you can't miss! The last weekend of each April sees this cool festival hitting the strees of trendy neighbourhood: Norrebro. This year expect this party to even bigger than last year, with 48 hours of music, events and of course some local food and drinks. There are 10 student installations creating artistic projects with different activities around the neighbourhood also. Let's check it out!
This festival has been taking place since 2012 and it celebrates this funky neighbourhood being a hub for creativity, individuality and fun. There are a whole host of live music and art events taking place, and expect to see some dancing in the streets.
This year the 48Timer Festival Programme sees DE 10 KEA-SPots (student productions) and l'Aplec International. There will be over 100 artists playing this year, with everyone contributing to make the event.
The 10 Kea-Spots is a concept that includes 85 students from the Copenhagen Business Academy creating opportunities and making projects as 'entrepreneur designers'. From these 10 groups around the neighbourhood, they have developed art installations and created an environment for meeting. There are different activities happening at each one, so you will see something different and a new experience at each one! We can't wait to check it out.
