It’s Copenhagen Pride Week 2017!

Pride is a celebrated moment for Copenhagen’s gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender community to come together - so come along and take part!
This annual celebration is not only about thousands of people coming together to celebrate diversity, but also to raise issues for the LGTB community and human rights.

Copenhagen Pride 2017
This year’s Copenhagen Pride Week kicks off on the 15th of August with a packed calendar of over 100 concerts, workshops, performances, debates and other events and hits a high with the colourful and lively 2.4 mile parade which dances through the city attracting crowds of celebrants as it goes.
With Copenhagen Pride week taking place from 15-20th August there are 4 awesome days of entertainment on the Pride Square (City Hall Square) and Rainbow Square (Regnbuepladsen) will be hosting the human rights programme. Then, there’s the Pride Parade! Check out all the fun taking place around town for CPH Pride here!
The Pride Stage
The high energy Pride Stage will be hosting plenty of entertainment including music and dance acts - get ready for some cool partying with a line up of established and up and coming national and international music stars. There is a world of exciting music, debate, and diversity to celebrate at this year’s Pride.

Tuesday: Take me back Tuesday - classic singalong golden oldies
Wednesday: To Copenhagen with Love - hosted by Oslo Pride
Thursday: Under the Rainbow - Nabiha and up and comping acts
Friday: Drag Night - Performers include Katya from RuPaul’s Drag Race
Saturday: Parade Day and Pride Show - headlined by Peaches!
Sunday- After Party Chill-Out - at Kodbyen

Take part in Copenhagen Pride!
Pride is for everyone, so get your pass and take part! This gives you access to loads of deals and of course helps to support the event. Pride Square in the middle of the city provides a great place to check out what’s going on with pop up shops as well as entertainment.
Dress to impress
Taking part in Pride is a great excuse to dress up and party! We love checking out the outrageous and fabulous costumes, and of course getting involved ourselves! Think bold and beautiful!
The Pride Parade Route
If you’re watching the Parade take place or following it around, you can check it in in some of the coolest areas in town. There are parties along the route from Allégade, Pile Allé, Vesterbrogade, Hammerichsgade, Jarmers Plads, Vester Voldgade ending at Pride Square.
