Mojito
Built/cocktail glass
Ingredients:
- 6cl Havana White Rum.
- 2.5 Spoons of sugar.
- 4 Piece of lime.
- Hand-full of mint.
- Crushed ice.
Recipe:
- Put 4 lime pieces in cocktail glass.
- Add sugar and mint.
- Muddle until you squeeze out limes.
- Add rum.
- Crush the ice and add it to the glass.
- Hard stir with a napkin over the glass, make sure that sugar dissolves.
Garnish:
2 small straws, lime wedge and mint leave.

Butterfly
Shaken/cocktail glass
Ingredients:
- 5cl Havana Dark Rum.
- 5cl Passion juice.
- 2cl Simple syrup.
- 1.5cl Lime juice.
- Hand-half of mint.
Recipe:
- Pour rum, passion, lime juice and simple syrup to shaking glass.
- Add mint to shaker and pour ingredients from shaking glass to shaker.
- Add ice and shake.Strain it to cocktail glass and add new ice.
Garnish:
2 small straws, lime wedge and mint leave.

Pink Sunshine
Shaken/cocktail glass
PINK SUNSHINE
Shake and Layer - Cocktail Glass
Ingredients:
- 4cl Gin
- 2cl Tequila
- 1cl Grenadine
- 1.5cl Lime
- 8cl Pineapple (not in shaker)
Recipe:
- Add ice to cocktail glass.
- Add 8cl Pineapple to cocktail glass
- Add tequila, gin, lime, grenadine and ice to shaker.
- Shake.
- Layer mixture from tin over the top of Pineapple.
Garnish: 1 lime slice

The Downtown
Built/cocktail glass
Ingredients:
- 6cl Absolut Vodka.
- 5cl Cranberry juice.
- 3cl Apricot syrup.
- 1cl Lime juice.
Recipe:
- Pour vodka, lime juice and apricot syrup to cocktail glass.
- Glass full of ice.
- Topped with cranberry juice.
Garnish:
2 small straws, lime wedge.

Gelato 43
Shaken/cocktail glass
Ingredients:
- 4cl of Licor 43.
- 2cl of Cointreau.
- 3cl Passion juice.
- 3cl Orange juice.
- 1.25cl Lemon juice.
- 1cl Vanilla syrup.
- Touch of whipped cream.
Recipe:- Pour Licor 43, Cointreau, passion, orange, lemon juice and vanilla syrup to shaking glass.
- Pour ingredients from shaking glass to shaker.
- A splash/touch of whipped cream in shaker.
- Add ice and shake.
- Strain it to cocktail glass and add new ice.
Garnish:
2 small straws, orange wedge (lemon if we don’t have).

Frozen Strawberry Margarita
Blended/Real cocktail glass
Ingredients:
- 4cl of Olmeca tequilla.
- 2cl of Cointreau.
- 2cl Lime juice.
- 3cl Strawberry syrup.
Recipe:
- Pour tequilla, Cointreau, lime juice and strawberry syrup to blender.
- Add 5-6 ice cubes.
- Blend it and strain it to correct glass.
- Strain it to cocktail glass and add new ice.
Garnish:
salt rim(half of it)

Aperol Spritz
Built/Aperol spritz wine glass
Ingredients:
- 4cl Aperol
- 8cl Prosecco (white sparkling wine).
- Sparkling water.
Recipe:
- Pour Aperol and Prosseco into wine glass.
- Add 5-6 ice cubes.
- Top it with sprakling water 2 fingers from the top.
Garnish:
1 long straw, 2 orange wedges (lemon if we don’t have).
